Position Title: Manager - Property Management
Reports to: Chief Engineering Officer
The position is responsible for managing the functions of providing oversight, security and maintenance services for all KSAMC buildings and properties in an effort to create a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers of the Corporation. The position is also responsible for the maintenance, upkeep coordination and oversight of existing buildings and facilities as well as integrally involved in the construction fo new office buildings, among other related duties.

Undergraduate degree in Architecture/Construction Management/ Civil Engineering
Postgraduate diploma in Management or equivalent
Required Experience:
At least 10 years in construction or property management, at least three of which should be at a management level
