Invitation to Tender
The St. Catherine Municipal Corporation invites contractors to submit tender to undertake road rehabilitation works to the Friendship Drive, Bellevue Division, St Catherine.
Description
The works will include but not necessarily be restricted to the following work description:
1. General Excavation
2. Sub-base preparation
3. Asphaltic Concrete
4. Construct “U” Drain
Eligibility of Tender
All bidders with valid building construction contractor grades 1-3, except for foreign bidders must provide:
TCC : a valid tax compliance certificate
NCC : a valid national contractors commission certificate
Collection of Documents
Tender document must be collected from the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation, Emancipation Square, Spanish Town.
Documents will be available as of 29th June 2018 between the hours of 10am and 5pm each weekday, for the period ending 16th July 2018
Bidders will be required to pay a non – refundable fee of $5000 for each set of documents. Payments may be paid in cash or managers cheque, payable to the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation.
Return Tenders
Sealed bids are to be placed in a tender box located at the administration office at the St. Catherine Municipal Building.

Re: Rehabilitation to Friendship Drive Road
The opening will take place in the council’s chamber of the St. Catherine Municipal Corporation on the 16th of July 2018 at 3 pm.
