Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCL) and must be registered with the National Contracts Commission, (PPC) in order to participate.

Bidding documents will be available as of Monday July 26, 2021; the Bidding Documents is for a non-refundable fee3 of [$5000] payable by cash or manager’s cheque at the address given below from [8:30am-4:00pm Mondays-Fridays].
Bids shall be valid for period of [120] days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box located at [1 Emancipation Square, Spanish Town, St Catherine at the Registry Department] of the [St Catherine Municipal Corporation] on or before [September 3rd, 2021 At 1:30pm].
Late Bids will be rejected and must include a bid security of $750,000.00 JMD.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend may do so in writing or on-line at the address below [Emancipation Square, Spanish Town P, O. BOX 52] on [September 3rd, 2021 At 1:45pm].
